Our company, the Solar Shine Factory Ltd is the exclusive distributor of tubular skylight systems in Hungary. We have been performing the distribution and installation of Solarspot skylights as our main object since 2007. During the years past, we completed the installation of more than 1200 pieces of Solarspot in industrial buildings, halls and warehouses. Through the application of our product, the consumption of energy and resources as well as the carbon dioxide emission will reduce, providing the possibility of establishing more energy saving stores, warehouses, schools, office and residential buildings, etc. By means of the system, you can contribute to the environmental protection, while forming an environment which will ensure better general condition and more pleasant working circumstances for you, your family members and colleagues owing to the utilization of the positive effects of natural light.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Why do we use it?

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

Where does it come from?

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of “de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum” (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..”, comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

The standard chunk of Lorem Ipsum used since the 1500s is reproduced below for those interested. Sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 from “de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum” by Cicero are also reproduced in their exact original form, accompanied by English versions from the 1914 translation by H. Rackham.

Where can I get some?

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don’t look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn’t anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.

By using the Solarspot skylight system, you can enlighten any room with natural light, extended even to several ten meters long as a result of the light line and the bending elements. Through the application of our product, you can reduce the energy and resource consumption as well as the carbon dioxide emission, allowing the establishment of more energy saving stores, warehouses, office and residential buildings. Our system are available in various diameter types (Ø250 mm, Ø375 mm, Ø530 mm, Ø650 mm, Ø900 mm), which are selected in accordance with the individual capabilities, area and clearance height of the space to be enlightened.

Operating principle

The diffused or direct sunlight coming from each direction of the sky is gathered and forwarded to the walls of the tubular skylight by the RIR optical lens placed in the water-white cupola. The light gathering cupola, the lens placed in it and the walls of the tubular skylight together constitute a so-called optical funnel. Owing to its properties, it will not reflect the long infrared waves, so the heat producing effect of the system is negligible. It does not contain any silver sheet, therefore the stripping or corrosion of the retro-reflective layer is not threatening.

Owing to the RIR and the Vegalux technologies, such an efficient system has been developed through which the greatest possible amount of light can be gathered from the diffuse light in the event of gloomy weather, twilight or evening conditions.

The components of the light router

The transparent light gathering cupola is usually located on the roof, from where an optical device (RIR) guides the light through the super-reflective tubular skylight (Vegalux) to the lighting unit, thus enlightening the actual room.

Cupola

It is the light gathering element of the system which owing to its shape protrudes from the plain roof thus gathers both the direct and diffuse natural light with great efficiency as compared to its small surface area.

RIR® lens

The so-called RIR lens (Rifrazione Interattiva Riflessa) can be found in the interior of the cupola. The RIR® system is a semi-transparent element placed in semicircular arch, as a result of which also the light beams which would not reach the light forwarding passage because of their low entering angle can be forwarded to the pipe system with great efficiency.

Bending elements

It is possible to guide the tubular skylight in various directions by means of the bending elements of rigid wall adjustable between 0 and 90°.

Spotlight unit

In accordance with the aesthetic aspects and other customer demands, circular or cornered spotlight bodies can be selected, with various lens types.

Vegalux tubular skylight

It is made of hardened stable aluminium alloy of maximum flexibility with unique coating, spreading of the multi-layer 3M Daylighting DF2000MA film, calendar finish. According to our experience gained so far, owing to the super-reflectivity the system is able to forward the light even in 20 meters’ length.

Roof fitting element

By means of our standard or individually manufactured receiver structures as well as our roof element made of synthetic rubber, the tubular skylight can be installed for any type of roof covering.

Extra accessories:

Solarspot-Dimmer

You can adjust the light intensity of the Solarspot at pleasure by means of an electrically moved darkening unit within the tubular system, or darken it with a darkening curtain moved manually.

Solar-Luce

Completed with this electric lamp unit, the Solarspot can function during the night as well. In such cases, an electric socket fitted onto a cross-piece will be mounted in the interior of the tubular system in the vicinity of the spotlight unit, in which a bulb of standard casing can be installed.

Solar-Fan

The skylight can be completed with ventilation system as well, which can ventilate the room via the opening placed next to the spotlight unit by means of a separate conduit system equipped with a ventilator.

1.) Miért épp a Solarspot? Figyelmébe szeretnénk ajánlatni, hogy a Solarspot a fénycsatornák között igazoltan a leghatékonyabb fénytovábbítási teljesítményű, melyet alátámasztanak az Avis Technique műszaki szakvéleményben rögzített műszaki adatok, valamint a hágai bíróság döntése, mely kimondja, hogy a Solarspot fényerőssége 50%-al több mint a legmeghatározóbb konkurens terméké a piacon. A fent említett dokumentumok elérhetőek „ide kattintva” (hivatkozás), regisztrálást követően. 2.)Milyen díjakkal rendelkezik a termék? Nemzetközi viszonylatban a termék nagy elismertségre tett szert a 2003-as BATIMAT kiállításon, ahol Innovációs aranymedál díjat nyert. 2009-ben Magyarországon, az Ablakon bedobott pénz pályázat keretein belül Innovációs különdíjat kapott a Solarspot rendszer. 3.) A Solarspot rendszer fontos alkotóeleme a tetőn elhelyezésre kerülő kupola, amely a hatékony fénygyűjtés miatt szükséges. A formájából adódóan kiemelkedik a tetősíkból, ezért sokkal több fényt tud összegyűjteni, mint egy tetőablak. Egyúttal ez alatt a kupola alatt helyezkedik el a fénygyűjtő optikai lencse is (RIR). 5.) Mi az a RIR? A RIR berendezés közvetlenül a kupola alatt félkörívben elhelyezkedő optikai lencse, mely képes összegyűjteni az égbolt minden irányából érkező közvetlen és szórt fényt tiszta és felhős égbolt esetén is, melyet továbbít a fénytovábbító csatorna falára. Ennek az optikai eszköznek az eredményeképpen a fénygyűjtő rendszer képes az északról érkező indirekt fényt is hasznosítani. 6.) Mi az a Vegalux? A fényvezető járat falán lévő bevonat, amely biztosítja a természetes fény tükröződését a világítótestig. A Vegalux ötvözi a többrétegű Saylighting DF2000MA – 3 M film különleges fényvisszaverő tulajdonságait, valamint kutatóink 50 évnyi tapasztalatát az alumínium technológia terén. 7.) Hogyan működik? A fénygyűjtő kupola, a RIR lencse és a Vegalux fényvezető csatorna falai együtt ún. optikai tölcsért alkotnak. Minden fénysugár végigtükröződik a csatornán a világítótestig, a RIR-nek köszönhetően kevesebb, de hosszabb ugrásokkal és több fényenergiát visz a sötét helyekre. 8.) Milyen fényszórók közül lehet választani? Egyedi igények és a megvilágítandó helyiséggel harmonizáló fényszóró típus választható. Alapvetően két fő típus létezik, a kör alakú és a négyzetes formájú világítótest, melyek a mennyezetre közvetlenül rögzíthetők. A különböző lencse típusok pedig a fény eloszlását befolyásolják a belső térben. A fényszóró típusok megtekinthetőek „itt” (hivatkozás). 9.) Milyen módon lehet irányítani a fénycsatorna útját? A Solarspot fénytovábbító csőtoldatok merev falúak, melyek 20, 30, 40, 60 és 120 cm hosszúságban állnak a rendelkezésre a telepítéskor. Ha nem megoldható a csatorna egyenes elvezetése, akkor 0-30°, illetve 0-90° között állítható elfordító elemekkel lehet elvezetni a kívánt irányba. 10.) Miért fontos a természetes fény? A természetes fény nélkülözhetetlen forrása az életnek minden élőlény számára. Fontos szerepet játszik életünkben, hiszen nem kizárólag a látáshoz kötődik, hanem jelentős pszichológiai hatással bír, hozzájárul a jó közérzethez is: a természetes színek érzékelése, a térérzékelés, a bioritmus szabályozása. A fény jótékony hatásának megvonása hosszú távon számos betegséghez vezethet.
